I.  SALES POLICY

– The listed selling price (Website or Fanpage) and at the stores with the above addresses are the selling price excluding VAT. The selling price is unified in one price across the entire system. The products sold are issued with VAT financial invoices when requested by the customer and the customer must pay an additional 8% VAT for the order. The invoice issuance time is 2 weeks after the customer pays the company (the customer provides full invoice issuance information to the business).
– Prices at stores and websites do not include shipping and assembly fees. Orders will have to pay additional shipping fees depending on the area.
Payment by cash or registered credit cards listed in store and website.
– Please pay at least 50% of the order value within 24 hours to keep the order and process the delivery schedule. After 24 hours, if payment has not been made, you will have to place the order and reschedule the delivery from the beginning. In case you cancel the order after payment, Arch & Home will only refund 50% of the deposit value.
– For items that must be ordered, delivery time is from 7-14 working days depending on the status of the goods, customers deposit 50% of the value of the ordered goods. Ordered goods cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

 II. RETENTION AND STORAGE POLICY

– Arch & Home accepts to keep and store goods for free within 15 days. When customers need to keep goods longer than the specified delivery time, customers must pay 100% of the order and Arch & Home will charge a storage fee of 3% of the order value per week – calculated as the first day of each next 7 days after the 15-day free storage period.
– In case you cancel your order before Arch & Home delivers, you will still have to pay the storage fee if the 15-day free storage period is exceeded.
– After 45 days, Arch & Home will cancel the order and only refund 50% of the order value.

III. DELIVERY POLICY

         1.Delivery scope
Arch & Home provides delivery services to customers at the following locations:
         1.1 Ho Chi Minh City area:
– The order will be delivered to the customer's requested location. For goods that need to be installed, the delivery department will assemble them for the customer. Except for restricted cases such as office areas, high-rise apartments with restricted access regulations, high-rise buildings without parking areas, customers please call the hotline for support 090 688 6789
– In case you do not use the installation service included in the delivery fee, Arch & Home will not be responsible for the installation service later.
Please pay all fees incurred according to the regulations of the Management Board where you live related to delivery, elevator use, installation, etc.
         1.2 Other provinces and cities in the country:
– Arch & Home only delivers to other provinces and cities products according to regulations due to the fragile nature of the products during transportation (eg: mirrors, glass, ...)
– There are 2 forms of delivery:
Method 1: Arch & Home will deliver the goods using Viettel Post service to the customer's address provided by the customer.
Method 2: Orders will be delivered to the warehouses of intermediary shipping units as designated by the customer within Ho Chi Minh City such as bus stations, specialized transport companies, train stations, airports, delivery units, etc. Arch & Home is not responsible for delivering to the customer's location in this case, the customer will contact the intermediary shipping unit to receive the goods.
        2. Delivery time
– Delivery processing time is 2 time frames: 9am - 12pm and 2pm - 5pm from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). In case of delivery outside of business hours, there will be an additional fee.
– Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days from order confirmation for in-stock products and 7-14 days for custom-made products.
– Please arrange a time or arrange a recipient according to the agreed delivery schedule.
– In case you have any changes in delivery time, cancel your order or have any changes in your order, please contact Arch & Home hotline 24 hours in advance for orders in Ho Chi Minh City and 48 hours for orders in other provinces. In case of late cancellation of order, please pay the delivery fee according to your order.
         3. Delivery fee
         3.1 Ho Chi Minh City area
– For small and light-weight goods:  (longest side <40cm and under 10kg), Delivery fee will be calculated according to Grab, lalamove, Ahamove service fee, applying current price excluding promotion code.
– For bulky goods that require installation,  the delivery fee of the order is calculated according to the following fee schedule:
from Arch & Home warehouse items that can be delivered by motorbike<  (Maximum length 1.2m, maximum weight 30kg) < For bulky items (< Length over 1.2m, weight over 30kg)

3-7km <80,000 VND <180,000 VND

15-17km <200,000 VND <320,000 VND

20km to 3rd party service fee to 3rd party service fee

– Delivery fee includes product assembly service fee.
– In case of delivery outside of business hours, please pay an additional 30% of the delivery fee as prescribed and a minimum of 50,000 VND.
– Surcharge for carrying sofa upstairs: 50,000 VND/floor
– Delivery from Arch & Home Warehouse, address: 22A, Phan Van Bay, Hamlet 1, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Note: Arch & Home is the unit that decides the final shipping method to ensure the best safety for the goods.
         3.2 Other provinces and cities in the country:
– Delivery fee to intermediary shipping unit is equal to Bulky goods delivery fee in HCM area
– Delivery fee from the intermediary unit to your address, Arch & Home will notify you of the delivery fee using Viettel Post delivery service or other units after receiving your order.

IV. WARRANTY - RETURN POLICY

          1. Warranty conditions - product return
– You still have confirmation of your purchase at Arch & Home (purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement, etc.).
– The product is not on the list of restricted returns.
– The product must have intact stamps, labels, original packaging (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation) and accompanying gifts (if any) .
          2. Return and exchange process
– Please check the product carefully before signing for the goods and immediately notify the delivery staff if any product defects are detected or contact the customer service department immediately.
– The Technical Department will contact you immediately to confirm the request and reason for return, and agree on the return transaction for the product.
– For small goods and orders from other provinces: please bring/transport to the nearest store or warehouse for exchange or return.
– For assembled bulky goods: Arch & Home will provide on-site warranty in Ho Chi Minh City for you.
– Customers please check the product carefully again before signing for return.
          3. Return/warranty policy
         3.1 The return/warranty policy applies to the following goods and defects:
– The product is not as advertised (wrong uses, wrong ingredients, etc.).
– The product is broken/scratched/deformed during transportation, except in cases of transportation as specified by the customer.
– The product received does not match the order placed.
– Product defects due to manufacturing or transportation and assembly processes are as follows:
         . Scratched, peeling paint surface.
         . Distorted, warped, or bent product details.
         . Chipped edges and corners of products.
         . Loose nails and screws.
         Product deformation (due to transportation, storage environment from the supplier, production process...).
         3.2 Returns are not applicable in the following cases:
– Products on Discount and Promotional Programs or from Discount Stores.
– Damage caused during use after purchase such as careless use, placing in an unsafe environment, improper storage, excessive load, improper cleaning of the product, etc.
– Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, rust, loose screws or hinges over time…)
– Collision due to accident during use or when you transport the product yourself.
          4. Time to process return orders:
– The replacement or refund process will only begin after we have completed the review of the returned product.
– Product quality assessment process from 3-5 working days.
– The technical department will contact and agree with the customer on the decision to repair or return, and agree on the delivery schedule with the customer.
          5. Shipping fee for returned/warranty products
– Arch & Home provides free warranty for bulky products within the warranty period.
– You pay shipping fees for returned orders according to the fee schedule in section II.3.
         V. PAYMENT POLICY
– Direct cash payment.
– Payment via direct payment gateway on website www.arch-home.vn
– Cash on delivery (COD) only applies to customers in Ho Chi Minh City
– Payment by bank transfer
We will email you details of your account number.
Note:
The transfer content must clearly state FULL NAME or UNIT NAME + ORDER CODE. After the transfer, we will contact you to confirm and proceed with the delivery. If after the agreed time we do not deliver or do not respond, you can send a complaint directly to the company and request compensation if it can be proven that the delay affects your business.
For customers who need to buy in large quantities for business or wholesale, please contact us directly for a reasonable price policy. And payment will be made according to the contract.
