Open space : The walking street is designed to be spacious and free of vehicles, creating favorable conditions for pedestrians to move and relax.
Diverse amenities : Amenities such as benches, wide sidewalks, lighting and entertainment areas have been built in the walking street.
Creative architecture : The architecture of the Walking Street has a modern style combined with traditional features typical of the Southwest region of Vietnam. 
Safe and convenient pedestrian routes : Pedestrian routes are designed to ensure safety with separate paths from vehicle routes. 
The combination of history and modernity : The walking street is located near important historical areas such as relics: Ninh Kieu Wharf, Ancient Market House, Ong Pagoda, Hau River Park, Pedestrian Bridge, etc., creating a space that blends history and modernity. This gives residents and visitors the feeling of experiencing urban development while maintaining cultural values.
