Direct Payment

Direct payment at the Company is applied to customers who buy/receive products at stores in the showroom system. Customers can pay directly in cash or by credit card depending on their choice.

Cash on Delivery

Ship COD (pay upon receipt, orders over 5 million VND require deposit transfer in advance)

Through shipping units, ARCH & HOME will deliver and receive payment at the agreed address with customers within the city.

Customers will pay the shipping unit (Ship COD) after completing the inspection of the goods and receiving the payment invoice. In case the customer is not present at the agreed address, please authorize someone else to sign for receipt and payment. 

In case you buy products to send or give to partners, friends, relatives, etc., ARCH & HOME will receive payment before delivery.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying the full value of the order to the staff immediately after completing the inspection of the goods and receiving the payment invoice.

After receiving transaction notification from the bank, we will update your order status on the website or notify via email and we will deliver as soon as possible.

Note:

• Customers please keep the invoice or receipt for comparison when necessary and in case of risks during the payment process.
• In case of errors in the transfer process or incorrect transfer information, you must work with the bank to get it resolved properly.
